One of our customers operates multiple busy retail locations that include trailer hire services with an online booking system. Phone enquiries weren’t the most efficient way to help potential hirers so we added a simple auto-attendant message to their phone line directing callers to the booking website. This resulted in more bookings with fewer calls needing to be answered by busy staff.
